I think it depends. If the woman is some sick pedophile, she might find the child attractive, but as he grows up, his looks might not be appealing, and the trauma could seriously affect him, in that case maybe he could be considered incel. But this would only be the case if it involved genuine, aggressive, and forceful rape.
