I had maybe 3-5 lucid dreams but mostly woke up right after. I never had them though these "tactics" you do while falling asleep tho.
I still do a dream journal for years and use glycine to enhance my dream ability with lenghening my REM sleep phase and so on.

I think actively doing them is bullshit. I get lucid about once or twice a week and thats only when the dream is ending. I usually find the nearest girl to fuck. Its amazing actually, but doesnt last very long.

If you become lucid it means youre waking up.

I also get sleep paralysis about twice a month and that shit is the worst. I dont usually see scary demons and stupid shit, but Im paralyzed in my bed while only being able to open my eyes for a few mins.

Nah it definitely happens. I have had a lucid dream in a couple instances. I was able to do some “stuff” in them

I made several lucid dreams, where I was totally aware that I was dreaming, but in at least 2 of those dreams, I even had the choice to continue the dream or to awake.

Being aware of dreaming makes the dreaming lucid. Taking decisions in these dreams is sometimes possible, but is not necessary to qualify it as a lucid dream.
