Are locationcels fakecels?

Elliot Rodger was clearly a locationcel, and had he not done his thing he prob would have had the funds to move elsewhere, where foids are shorter and have lower self esteem

A man whos 5'9 and 5/10 in the face, will prob be an incel, in a place where the average man is 6ft and 7/10 in the face, but a chad in a place where the avergae male is 5'6 and 3/10.

But where do we draw the line? Theres prob a place where even the truestcels here would be at least normie, compared to the rest of the men in that place.

No because how people perceive you is also relative to your environment. So if you're an average white guy in an Asian country then you automatically have a higher value due to your competition being asian males.
