Experiment Are Chinese the best at networking?

So yesterday I was at a business dinner, where many businessmen networked. I was blown away by the scale, the freely intermingling, the flexibility of it, and the fluency of English being spoken; no accents at all. (A mixture of American and British English).

Now I understand why we, Southern Chinese, have a reputation for being good at networking and businesses.

This is contrary to our reputation as a introverted race with 0 charisma.

I'm, however, autistic so I will never be able to network smoothly, at least not in real life. Also I hate talking to people and don't talk to anyone IRL outside of professional work.

I'd say Indians are. Alot of the greatest corporate enterprises are managed by them like Google and Microsoft.

Indians are more extroverted but they talk a lot with less delivery behind them. I guess, in some situations, this can be an advantage.
