The difference is African women face the threat of starvation, which does good things to personalities. American sheboons live like royalty on welfare, but African women truly need a provider to get by in life, so they would be nice to a clean cut ugly guy with a stable job. When I travelled to South Africa, I was able to consistently get matches from starving African women. I think due to being non-black, they assumed I must have money (which is true), and therefore if they were in a relationship with me I could help them not starve. American women, black or white, do not care about money, because if worst comes to worst they could always go on welfare.
