Autistic foids seem to cry a lot more and easier, are more sensitive, they tend to look physically young for way longer, they tend to dress more youthful and feminine than NT foids.

Autistic foids also can act kind of childlike. I notice this more with autistic women than I do with autistic men.

In my experience, Autistic Foids are definitely more fem (both in terms of looks and mannerisms) than NT Foids, at least for the most part.
