I weight 75kg and I want to cut down to 70. I feel like i'm going crazy. I'm hungry all the time which gives me a headache and makes me want to go to sleep. I started 3 days ago and I haven't been to the gym in those 3 days because of school work. I'm going again on Thursday which will make me feel even worse tbh.
It's all probably because I don't get enough excitement in my life. If I had a gf that I could fuck I wouldn't be thinking about eating fast food or chocolate.

I lost 30 pounds last month and hope to drop 20 more then start gymaxxing.
I want to bulk but if I did it now i'd be a total fatass. The whole time i've been kinda just gaining and losing a little weight and as a result I didn't gain much muscle. After I cut to 70 I want to bulk back up to 80 and hopefully make some decent progress.

Well i'm trying to cut out all junk food for a month or so and then i'll give myself one cheat day a week. I'm also trying to eat around 500 calories less each day which is enough to make me feel shit.

I am 174 so 55 is def auschwitz tier. Still managed to have high bf due to my subhumanity though. Now I weigh 75 and probably have like 50% bf:feelskek::feelskek:

I get you. I was still a bit skinnyfat at that weight but I think it's because I lacked any muscle and I was a bit unhealthy.

Yes. But too soon to speak of meaningful results. Largely a diet change.
 
At least you only need to lose 5kg.

I've done fasting before but now if I do it I feel really shitty mentally and sometimes physically. No dopamine from food and I go below a threshold.

Lower your deficit to 300 kcal and focus on eating enough protein and consistent training. You don't have to go auschwitz tier to avoid bloating while bulking. Focus on body recomposition instead which is burning fat and building muscle (which is possible, just the muscle gains don't happen as quickly as on regular bulking).

Also yes, went down from 70 kg to 67.5 kg, but my bodyfat dropped from ~20% to ~15%. Weight training raised my daily maintenance level to around 2500 kcal which is perfectly comfy range that keeps me satiated.
 
Yes, I have lost like 30lbs but stuck on the last 10. I haven't gained but I barely lose.

I lost weight because I bloatmaxx with one huge meal a day then 1 or 2 snacks at late night.

I wake up at like 4-5pm most days, eat something that's 200 calorie to tide me over then around 10-11pm I bloatmaxx with a huge meal then around 3-4 hours later i'll have another snack or 2.

I also nightwalk most nights to the supermarket which takes around 1.5 to 2 hours if I go the long way.
 
For me, it's the other way around. I have to try very hard to not lose weight.
 
I’m starting with 12 hour fasts and trying to lift weights more often cuz I heard it boosts metabolism
 
You wont gain weight if you eat more without gymcelling, youll just shit and fart more, plus you are young so gaining weight'll be hard until you are at the latest stages of puberty.
 
I'm trying to but I keep relapsing. I lack both the motivation and the discipline to stay consistent.
 
My BMI is 18.9. Should I do that?

In January I plan to go from 70>65kg (175cm height): leanmaxxing.
