I made a previous post about how im overweight so i never bothered gymmaxxing. I got a lot of hate on it, even though I mentioned Im overweight largely due to genetics. Are there fellow fatcels here, because I feel like I'm in an even lower tier of the incel community because of my weight.
 
Fatcels are looked down upon because most, if they just lost weight, could pass as a normie. This is usually the case when your only bad quality is the fact that you're obscenely overweight.
 
Fatcels are often called volcels because many of them lose the weight and have good features hidden under all the fat, and usually good frame too,
Also i don't think genetics really make you fat it's eating too much
 
Kind of, I'm overweight, but it's not to the point of where I look fat, I just have no muscle definition.

"Muh genetics" argument is nearly always bullshit. Eat less calories then you burn. You sound like a whale trying to explain why she isnt skinny.

As a former fatcel with shitty genetics I'm living proof. But it's just harder.

But yeah if you lose the weight you could go up a point or 2 depending how fat you are.
 
No im 12% body fat and aim even lower. Nonlooksmaxxedcels are volcels.
 
I found that when I was thin, I looked even worse, recessed bones and all.
 
I’m about 40lb overweight, but that’s a recent development. I just gave up gymcelling because it did nothing for my quality of life. I was ugly thin and I’m ugly fat, wtf is the difference.
 
I should lose about 10-15 pounds but I don't really care.

Well, it's healthier to be thin than fat. So you should lose weight for your health, among other reasons.
 
No but I’m planning to do down to 10% of body fat, I would say I’m at around 13-14 at the moment.
 
if you aren´t single digit bodyfat you might aswell be obese.

Unfortunately (240lbs @5'9). Gave me bad sleep apnea as a result, and am unable to work. I am getting a lazy boy recliner to sleep in. At an angle, my neck fat will drop towards my body, instead of onto my airways (strangling me).

I think I need to lose 20 - 30 pounds. I probably could do it in 4 - 6 months.

im same height and used to be close to your weight. you will lose weight fast which is the good news. stick to 1000 calories max per day. try easy exercises such as arm bike.
 
I jump rope using a weighted rope (1 pound). I do two 15 mins workout. Actual Work out: 50 seconds of moderate speed, 10 seconds of high intensity. Rest for 1 min. Do this for 15 sets. When don't with this set, I rest for 20 - 30 mins. Once rest time is up, Do final 15 mins work out. 1 min moderate speed. Rest for 30 seconds. Do 15 sets. My diet is vegan.
 
You, yourself, admit that you've never even bothered to try. You don't even have to gymcel to lose weight. You just have to not eat like a pig.
 
Being fat hurts your chance really bad. Worse than being short (at least where I live)

The thing about being fat, is that you had to do it to yourself, genetics can only force you to be thin(like Lizzie Velasquez) but it can't force you to be fat, simply because genetics doesn't override thermodynamics and physics. Your body metabolizes a certain amount of carbohydrates with the oxygen you breath and makes it into H2O and CO2, you literally breath out the fat and sugars you eat... If you eat the same or less than the amount CO2 you exhale, then you'll never get fat, it's that simple. I've never understood why people seem to think that going to the gym and loosing weight are heavily correlated, just not buying that 2 liters of soda is like the equivalent of 15 hours of cardio (which increases your metabolism and breathing making you exhale more CO2)
 
If I lost weight I could leave this forum forever tbh tbh.

I'm skinnyfat at the moment, but my weight is getting worse and worse. I used to be more slim back in early high school, but then depression came and my body took a toll. :feelscry:

Yes, i'm a fatcel, much less fat than I used to be tho. I used to be 330+ pounds, i'm in the low 200s now, (haven't measured in quite awhile), but I can see my dick (I wasn't able to in the past), my heart feels fine (didn't in the past), etc. I'm sure a lot of my Incel problems stem from being fat, but i'm confident most of it has to do with me living in L.A.
