Are all mgtow guys incels or are they just men who are very picky? Sandman is a famous mgtow channel and in some videos he says he thinks he may be on the autism spectrum. He speaks in a very weird way, almost like a robot so it wouldn’t surprise me if he is a mentalcel. I suspect a lot of mgtows might be mentalcels. But then again, just because a man loses his virginity doesn’t make him volcel.
