Well I mean if you have a sub 5 bone structure then the only way is through surgery.

But if you're sub 5 because of your weight or something then you should lose weight.

I mean ig he could try to improve them but I feel that prioritizing your looks would be a 2 birds with one stone kinda deal.

If you look better you will get treated better which will lead to you being more comfortable in social settings, because people will treat you better, therefore your social skills will get better
