sorry im uneducated.
interesting. im more so talking about american polish immigrants though.Only little part of aristocracy and many town dwellers were Jewish preWW2, some people can have only ancestry, but there are very few Jews. Remaining ones after WW2 were assimilated or fled to Israel.
Polish ancestry in US are either Polish peasants distant offsprings or Jewish (From Congress Poland/Western Tsar Russia) merchants, but it's for the oldest immigrants (end of 19/beginning of 20th century)interesting. im more so talking about american polish immigrants though.

Many people emigrated to US during WW2 and communist times in 1939-1989, there were many intellectuals and many of whom were Jews ofc, but there were also many workers who were looking for money.

Like as I wrote, many elites/politicians have Jewish ancestors. Btw Polish culture is strongly projewish.
