It depends. If your libido decreases in your 30s, then it's not worse. I'm 28 at the moment and the only way I don't rope is if my libido calms down in my early 30s.

i would say no. I'm finding that as i get older, life is making more sense / ie. I accept it's over and focus on other stuff. Don 't get me wrong, down from time to time but trust me, when you interact with women (they are like annoying children) you prefer solitude.

My saturday is nice. By myself, listen to music, go for a run, have some nice food and get my sleep in. it's critical tho, you have no expectations of anything otherwise, you will always be depressed.

I guess 20's are the worst, because you're infighting with your urges and are desperate from reaching "the wall". You're aware, that something is wrong with you and try to catch the late train.
I imagine 30's inceldom as an extinguished soul - when you finally don't care, because there's absolutely no chance to ascend (instead of 20's when hope is still lit).
To cope, i plan to sever off my bond with humans and start to live in a desolace, where i could cope with books & doing weird shit on my possession, and farming money by remote IT job or something.
