Recieving immigrants and deserving it are two things. Image you as the British Empire go to Africa and execute the shit ouf of them. How are they going to the UK except by requesting a VISA, doing fake-marriages or like few do, going up to North Africa, and then, from Spain to the Channel and cross illegally to the UK. It is a matter of "easiness", as it is easier to emmigratemaxx to Spain and Italy than doing it to the UK, Germany, and others unless you regulate your situation in the first country you are or you decide to keep going illegamaxx until you reach those countries.
