I was speculating about an even earlier migration from Corsica to Tuscany. Possibly in the early middle ages. I don't know too much about Napoleon's family history. I was just trying to make sense of the genetic data.

Arabs never colonized corisca and the shared genetic link of southern europeans with Arabs is from prehistoric migrations, not near modern Arab colonization.
