Those dudes in the video are his brothERs or friends, and they are also the ones filming him so that they can upload those vids to social media and monetise the vids, keeping most of the money to themselves while giving the dwarf-cel a paltry amount of money from which the dwarf can barely survive.
they keep him alive so that they can continue to exploit him for his subhumanity, and become richER in the process. While the dwarf’s purpose is to barely sustain his survival just to he can continue to exist as a clown for society to laugh at and mock.
Oh and it’s not because of looks, obviously! It’s because that gentle, low iq, harmless dwarf must have a bad pERsonality (he’s probably a rapist, terrorist etc). Meanwhile his friends/brothERs who are filming this video, became rich off the dwarf’s suffERing because those friends/brothERs have such a good pERsonality (exploiting mentally/physically handicapped person for financial gain).
