From my experience men are way more willing to go and interact with new people whereas females will not initiate conversation with people unless they know them well.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a female initiate a conversation with me. It’s always been me approaching them and starting a conversation. Also they always seem very disinterested which makes me not want to talk to them. This does not happen when I talk to men

I wouldn't say I hate women + I've been interacting with women my entire life since I'm from an intact nuclear family, have a younger sister, and I've spent most of my time in the school system in heavily female environments, with the sole exception of my high school which was effectively all male.
