I had the most horrible sensory overload today from simply being spoken to and asked too many questions. It was complete hell and I was thrown in to an anxiety fueled panic / fight or flight response. After removing myself finding a place to park, I sat in solitude it took 3 hours to calm my nervous system back to the point I stopped shaking. I didn't choose that.
Sometimes Red Pillers truly sound like IT, after all they give the same shitty advice.
