Apparently, nonconsexual sex isn't a crime in Japan, as long as there's no evidence of physical assault/violence or other crime.
So, technically, a dude could go to the gym, become a jacked, get some tattoos to look scary, go to Japan, go get a girl and tell her "you, come with me, now", take her by the hand to a hotel, fuck her, and not technically commit a crime. As long as he didn't threaten to attack her or anything, just make her scared with your appearance.
