How would you know if you have it tbh? Can you not utilize mental imagery at all, or is it just less vivid than you'd like? As the former seems obvious sure(and suifuel), but with the latter it seems difficult to discern.

Apparently there's tests for it, but I don't need them to self-diagnose because I simply can't imagine at all.

It's like my thoughts overrode my vision.
