Anyone tried Gamedevelopment?

I tried it before but it got too hard for me. Nowadays i spend my time reading books but that's getting boring. I'm thinking about getting into it again. I use unreal engine. Anyone else done gamedev? Its honestly such a good cope.

i tried learning java like 10 years ago with youtube tutorials. i used to try to edit minecraft's code to see what would happen. coding seems way to complicated though
