It’s basically about a guy that has no dick so whenever he had sex he did it in the dark and used an object on the women instead.

This is strange sure but has any harm been done? They were willing to and believed they were having sex with him and the object must have been like a dick if they thought they were so what’s the difference?

I'm not sure. What was he thrusting inside their pussy? I don't think it would have been (Legally) wrong if he were wearing a strapon, or something. But perhaps if it were some strange object that was intentionally causing harm then yes he should be legally responsible. Although I do think honesty is the best course of action. He shoulda told those women he was dickless, and asked if he could peg them instead.
