Serious Anyone saw mewing results?

I am doing mewing right now and i can feel tensions in my palate and zygomatic bone

Have you tried it and experienced any results?

Yes. But not much. Barely noticeable changes on jawline only after half a year of mewing and gum chewing

You have to do it the correct way. I was doing it wrong for 2 mnths lol

Same. Only recently did I perfect my form. Im not much hope tho, even mew said that its hard to change adult facial bones drastically (which is what I need to be at least average)

I read on reddit 30 years getting results. Check humanunderground some article idk but this chick went from a 2-3 to a 5
