I recommend you start with single player fps games like half life. Then you work yourself up to multiplayer games

i'm a big fan of FPS games

i wanted to play Doom 2016 and titanfall 2 right now, they look pretty good, but i have no money/free time

If you lean more towards ADHD you'll prob enjoy FPS and Shooter games, games that fulfill male biological warrior shit
If you lean more towards Autism you'll prob enjoy garbage
