Serious Anyone here into woodcarving?

Does anyone here do woodcarving? I’m trying to get into it, but it’s challenging for me at first.

No but I do carpentry. Not the same thing obviously but I do get some of that feeling of satisfaction from turning pieces of wood into my own creation

Emphyrio by Jack Vance is a good science fiction book and involves wood carving.

Rarely at work but I've done a few when I was training.
