There's nothing to get anxious about if you are going to check for a mental disorder, it's not like they are going to crack open your skull and start poking inside it.

I know that, but you don't know this country. It's savage, even doctors treat you like shit if you so much as hint at having a mental illness. Seriously, you're fucked for life if anybody finds out.

Public dentists are like that here, very eager to get the job done fast and have 0 understanding for any phobias you might have.

I hate shit like being in large social groups, bumping into people who I know but are not close to me, setting an appointment with one person but when I arrive there there are other people who I didn't know would be there, having people come to my house without previous notice, etc. I fought against that a lot during my mass approaching days but there's no cure, I just became like that again eventually.
