In the USA, which doctors actually care and know a thing about aesthetic plastic surgery? I heard that arnett and gunson know their shit when it comes to aesthetic plastic surgery for one.

A big hurdle would be is that a lot of dumb blue pilled cunt surgeons give the "you have BDD" spiel to anyone who isn't medically deformed. How to negotiate and get around this? And which surgeons actually care and do aesthetic plastic surgery?

I heard Dr. Sinn in Texas does modified lefort IIIs for non syndrome patients.

Get a maxillofaciacial surgeon. Most people need a bimax (BSSO + leforte I) before even thinking about implants. Some will also do a chin wing osteotomy on top of this. Anything beyond a lefort I is usually pretty fucking dangerous/not even close to worth it. Europe has the best. As far as improving zygomatic area, it seems like we just aren't there yet with technology, there's not a good osteotomy that can be safely performed in that area, and a lot of people are disappointed with silicon implants and fillers, most say they just end up looking puffy, YMMV. Having a plastic surgeon touch up with fat grafting is probably a good idea though. Bimax + fat grafting will raise your looks up at least 1.5 points regardless of context, and probably even more if you have decent underlying facial harmony/proportions.

I might benefit from a modified lefort III lmao.

Yeah, maxillofacial surgeon. But they could say the same thing. Or they'll find some bullshit excuse to not give you aesthetic bimax etc.

You sure modified lefort IIIs aren't worth it? Could improve anterior projection of zygos. And then ZSOs for lateral projection?

Are there good technologies showing up to actually improve bone mass for non load bearing bones?

forget it, its a cope, u r born into destiny to fullfill, u cant fake subhuman genes

COPE.

Google "TYD lookism."

If you're like a 4/10, its not uncommon to surgerymaxx to like a 6/10.

most surgeons won't perform bimax unless you have legit malocclusion

you're going to be paying like 50k out of pocket as well

good luck with surgery boyo

Europe has a ton of blackpilled maxillofacial surgeons that will do it for cosmetic reasons, gotta pay the big bucks though.

ZSO's can work for lateral projection, but that could potentially make your face more feminine looking, it's all about zygomatic MASS and forward projection. CT bone is in the pipeline, customized bone grafts based on your CT. There have been issues with its durability, but it may well be perfected and become available within a decade from now.

A lefort III might be worth it, haven't seen too many done. It's the fact that they have to fuck with your orbits and bones close to your CNS that it's not usually done for cosmetic reasons. It could permanently fuck up your vision.

Yeah, I know that, but guess what? You'll NEVER get it, bitch.

I never planned on getting a modified lefort 3 or bimax

I don't need them either

I've met TYD in person.

Surgery made a noted impact on his sex life and he is not an isolated case.

The 'surgery is cope' crew (including you) are dumb as fuck

Yeah money is certainly not a problem for me.

What I want is a good consult, not some blue pilled fuckwad who is scared to mention the heavy hitting procedures. I'm not even going to get anything done for like 3-4 years. I want to actually plan and prepare for things.

Also, is there any good tech in malar augmentation coming up? jawsurgeryforums and lookism were both discussing...

http://www.xilloc.com/ct-bone/

that shit.

TBH it seems like marketing gimmick. For one, they haven't addressed how it will adjust to soft tissue movements. They kinda addressed how it can attach to soft tissue etc, but eh.

Dr. Sinn does that shit for cosmetic reasons.

You're right. You can basically move the bone laterally, and that is what matters. But if the bone is small, then shit.

Also great. I'll just wait for Ct-Bone to be real. Cuz if I'm going to do this, I want it to be done right.

Could CT-Bone also be used for midface deficiencies?

Yes, that's probably the most exciting potential application of CT bone, it could be a way to actually increase zygomatic mass without things looking puffy and fake.

Yes because it will actually be real bone.

But what are they going to do to address soft tissue changes?
