I went on a "Job interview" one time that lasted 7 hours. It was for a "marketing" company and it turned out to be door to door sales. 100% commission, no benefits. And after making X number of sales, then I could hire a "team" and I would get commission from the sales of my "team." Pissed me off to no end once I realized what was happening.

I can't even imagine what that's like. Personally, I tried approaching girls on campus on and off throughout the a year. That alone was enough to know the jig was up. PUA is straight up unnatural.

I was desperate bro. They had a very slick "manager" who was like "this isn't a sales job, we don't need salesmen, and there are no cold calls." Then they pair me up with a guy who drives me around all day going door to door trying to sell shit. They claimed they didn't need "salesmen" because they had developed a script. It was awful, I had to hangout with this guy all day. I hated it.

before knocking on doors we had a tony robins style lecture every morning from our criminal superiors. during these talks they would lie about how much money they made and how successful they were lol, it was so transparent. also, they would make us wear suits for these activities which was fucking cringe as we only made 400/week tops. all of this was an effort to build morale to increase sales and keep people working there as delusional slaves. it was quite entertaining tbh. most were actually sold on the dream lol.

also the group leaders would have a closed door meeting once a week, it was behind a glass wall so you could see what was happening. their leader would buy them lunch and they would act like important business people with stern faces discussing serious matters, what's funny is they were hardly making much more than the people below them, it was so fucking cringe to watch.
