anyone else try Depo provera(or something similar) to bring down sex drive?

Awhile ago I realized I wasn't going to have sex. Given that, I got tired of having sexual urges and wanting to have sex knowing it was a lost cause.

I have used various hormones as a provider before on patients who were sex offenders to bring down their sex drive, so I figured why not get my doctor to try the same thing for me(even though I'm not a sex offender or anything of the sort).

I did it awhile ago, and it's worked ok. I still have some sex drive, but it's come down a good bit and likewise the frustration of not being able to have sex isn't as high.

I would only recommend this if you are a truecel and don't want to escort cel(I fit both categories)......I don't recommend it for the 17 year old guys on here who just havent had sex yet and may in the next couple years or when they go off to college.

I would do it again.

well it was more depressing to be so sexually frustrated....at least for me.

but yeah I'll admit it's probably not for everyone, even after truecel

Staying up very late into the early morning hours can temporarily subdue your sex drive for a day or so tbh but I obviously wouldn't recommend doing that.
