It's strong nicotine pouches you put under your lip, it's extremely common in the Nordic countries where it was invented. They usually have more nicotine than cigarette so your nic high will be stronger
Its very strong, mellows you out, that's why I like it
Yeah almost too strong lol. Tobacco can sometimes give a better mellow than beer I dare say. Snus in particular, and also cigars, at least back when I started smoking, on occasion. (Not nicotine straight though…started vaping and I guess the megadose it gives leaves me a nervous wreck.)
