Anyone else playing Warcraft 3? The only good RTS

No but for real I'm a disabled retard and I love hero mechanics and micro. The StarCrafts are just pure macro and that's dull. WC3 is peak. Very accessible, go play, you can even rebind hotkeys now.

And if you care about Reforged - it's a total normie meme, the game is still there, disregard.

My favorite race is Orc because Grunts are the strongest tier 1 units. Grunts and Blademaster

The gameplay is just starcraft but kinda hard cuz of hero macro and items shit idk i couldn't get into it. It's like dota but you control the creeps.

WC3 aged too bad in therm of graphics over all, also, path finding, not as bad as sc1, but still. And sadly Refunded only have mostly ugly/souless mobile tier graphics that aren't suitable for RTS readibility ,and also, the game is buggy.

I replayed the campaigns like 2 times when young, but i just can't cope with the Super Mario 64 graphics. The fan made "Armies of Azeroth" on sc2 engine looked pretty good, but got cancelled after Refunded anouncement

Really weird, never ever did I understand this sentiment, WC3 looks crisp and pristine to me as is, literally as perfect as a 3D game can be. SCR is even better, and I have no nostalgia for it, simply because 2D is even crisper.

In Aug 2024 I actually briefly talked to a female who voiced your exact opinion, about how she cannot play old games, which is just incomprehensible to me. Granted, it's somewhat related to how I only have a 1050TI, but I feel like it's as unrelated as how my phimosis is unrelated to my femdom fetish. (Again, see my point about SCR being the best-looking RTS.)

Tyler1 had a huge journey in Feb-March 2025 to play with Grubby and in Grubby's tournament, he played Orc, it's insane (I'm still watching it in VODs, never watch anything live).

My favourite is supposed to be Blood Mage, simply because I like the lore and casters, but realistically, I should just play Undead because Coil/Nova is the playstyle that would fit me the best. I legit don't even understand Human macro lel

This is legit, WC3 is a vast game, be it the campaign or melee or customs, hell, even FFA is a different experience. Let alone All the Random and such. I used to follow Azeroth Wars / Lordaeron the Aftermath on YouTube so closely, by TheAzothan, PokemanHarald and Zoomsf (all now gone). It's Warcraft Legacies now. Personally, I'd like to host the WoW Arena PvP maps, but I'm too shy, never did it... Missed my WC3 development milestones.
