I think this behavior is very dependant on which country you live in and how big the city is, etc.

I think there are two reasons. Firstly, the ugly ones are usually those whom incels dare to approach and get rejected, so that we often hear complaints. If they approached hot attractive girls, they would be rejected as brutally.

Second reason is that girls are usually unaware of how unattractive they are so they have too high of a self-esteem but tonnes of insecurities at the same time that makes them rude to everyone who "doesn't deserve" them.
