Yes, though, I was nothing close to the bottom of the heap in anything but status. By my senior year, I was the only one who'd get to school and sit at an unoccupied table in the cafeteria alone, the only one who eschewed eating lunch to dick around on the internet on library computers or read behind bleachers, the only one who had to dread group projects, one of the few people to never attend a dance, one of probably two truecels (no girlfriend, no kiss, no hug, no smile) in my graduating class.
Curious thing is, there was another kid that looked
a lot like me, except for being in worse shape and shorter than me. Freshman year we got compared all the time, even by the foids. I used to hang out with him and he always had about 3 holes orbiting him. I didn't and still don't know why our reception was so different.
