Late september flu is here and my throat feels like its bleeding. Now im going to get a fever as well.

So tired that I cant even study or video game cope, laid in bed for 3 days now aside from limping to class.

Ah sound like TMJ, I had it too, couldn't open my jaw and had to eat soup. Went to the dentist where they built a mould for my teeth to wear to sleep.

The reason is apparently you bite down too often in your sleep, which I was doing because I was extremely stressed at the time.

It was useless though, not recommend you doing this but i got pissed and just pulled my jaw open and held it there for 5 minutes. It fixed it but it still pops once in awhile though.

i haven't seen a doctor over it, mainly because i don't have insurance and seeing a doctor would be too expensive

i know it's because of shit i do in my sleep, idk if i'm biting down too hard in my sleep or what but i have ground my teeth ever since i was a kid
it comes in episodes, my jaw will start to grind against the skull and it generally just feels like a ton of friction on the joint
then it pops out for several seconds, it's so fucking loud when it does pop out (to me because it's literally happening in my skull, i'd say it's quiet to everyone else)

Not true, it was probably fine, just my taste buds are affected by the congestion and other factors. Once I got better, if I got better soon enough, I could have eaten/drank that food (it was refrigerated juice as well as some other stuff). So, I just threw away a couple liters of perfectly fine grape juice that I made myself.
