Discussion Anyone else heavily rely on music to cope?

I have a few thousand songs saved on computer. I can't go a day without listening to music. If I don't listen to music it usually puts me in an even more depressed mood.

I used to when I was a teen. Heavily. But these days not so much though still quite a bit. In high school I would spend my nights walking around the forest and neighborhoods listening to Radiohead every night

Music is a top 5 cope for me. Helps me unwind after wageslaving all day. I cant relax without it

What do you listen to? Music makes me to depressed tbh. Can't swallow the emotions it awakes. I only can listen to stuff that mirrors ny state of being, like dark ambient.
