Discussion Anyone else have severe problems with concentration?

When studying i feel how my eyes are just zooning out and the text becomes blurry when i try to focus and i get clinically bored.
I'm also phone addicted so if i have it anywhere near me i always end up on it which is killing my studies aswell. The level of responsibility for ur own studies in college is frying me alive i prob have some undiagnosed autism.

I think I have adhd tbh, this probably is why i have a hard time sticking to a solid schedule as well as also explains my substance usage
