I swear I have them like 5 times a day.

Just randomly my heart will skip a beat and it's terrifying.

no but used to have similar, i had an irregularity of doing a double beat once per minute, but i couldnt feel it, just something they noticed in examination. Stress from ND and having neurotic disorder almost killed me. Loneliness more deadly than being 500+ lbs.
This is why chads live long lives despite drinking and shit. Their mind, heart, vegetative system, nervous system are in perfect condition.
Anyway I started working out frequently cuz I want to live out of spite.

Your vegetative system is on edge. Constant stress, loneliness, rejection and bad thoughts will do that. It's all psychosomatic. Mind is expecting constant threats.

Sitting regularly in nature helps calm the vegetative system down. It's no bs.

turned out the same for me. i guess. heart healthy but u get chest pains and it always feels so extremely sus. Not the region u wanna get pains in. Getting chest pains in mid 20s award. Thankfully exercising mostly fixed it.

I sometimes also experience electric shock like pain in parts of my body - chest mostly.

Like something in my nervous system unloads tension. Feels electric. Coupled with a similar feeling to the falling sensation just before falling asleep, just while being awake.

I also get sometimes weird flickering white lights in my peripheral vision. Weird stuff.
