Yeah Im constantly tired (nowdays less than when I was attending high school tho) due to years of bullying and isolation and from resulting from that stress, thats why I had so shitty grades in high school.

I know of two reasons for being tired:

1. Too much challenges (especially ones that don't truly make you grow), energy is drained too quickly
2. Not enough challenges that make you grow into someone stronger, wiser.

No letter in LDAR stands for leisure, but one of them means "rotting".
Rotting alive is not something really invigorating, ain't it?
