Venting Anyone else had a "delayed" attraction?

What I mean by that is that you meet a girl and you initially don't like her but after 1 or two years you get a crush on her. I remember back in HS, I was taking some German courses and we had this grunge brunette chick in class who wore braces. At the time I found her repulsive because I was into blondes. A couple of years later I got a crush on her because I realized she was actually very pretty and feminine. (BTW she rejected me when I asked her out)

Same thing happened in college. A friend of mine introduced me to a female friend of his. Iniatially I found her disgusting and only saw her as an annoying female friend. A year later, I started to find her very beautiful and feminine looking. I actually cry a bit on the inisde every time I see her because I once asked her out but then cancelled it cause I wasn't so into her at the time.

Both chicks had the same name surprisingly. But yeah, delayed attraction. You meet her but like her a year or two later. Did any of you boyos had that?

I try not to be attracted to girls so that I'm not disappointed when they inevitably don't like me. I prefer to look at their imperfections and look down on them instantly - too skinny, too fat, no ass, no tits, tits too saggy, too old, big teeth etc

I then go on to hate them more and more when I realise they don't even value my existence and contribute towards my fucking suffering.

However if by some chance one of these girls did somehow like me then I would disregard their imperfections but most of the time these girls are ogling others so that never happnes.
