Anyone else get shaky when anxious?

My hands are always a bit shaky, but in certain situations it becomes unbearable. And it is not just hands, sometimes it is whole body. I look like I have just witnessed massacre of a whole town and I was forced to watch it. I know it is due to extreme social anxiety I have.

It is incredibly embarrasing and uncomfortable to not being able to hold a cup or hand coins to the cashiers without looking like a complete retard. I didn't notice anyone else having this sorts of trouble in real life so that just makes me think I am even more fucked.
Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I dont drink coffee, I smoke occasionaly, but even when I didnt smoke I had same problems

Yes, it'äs noticable. This is also why I can't approach any women, they will get concerned or creeped out.
I used to get a lot of "Breakdowns" in public, though it has gotten a bit better.
