Anyone else extremely depressed because of LDAR

. I can't even cope. I have no cope. All I can do is watch jewtube. I should get up and study but I can't. Why am I so retarded. I can't focus on anything right now. what's the solution? just get up and do it. But I can't for some reason ... I guess there must be a logical reason why this isn't happening, something that keeps me from getting up

Yeah pretty much. Put away all distractions for 2 hours and do what you need to do. Shut down your computer and turn off your phone. You are probably overestimating the tasks that you are putting off. Just get shit done then come back to LDAR later. I promise this forum will still be here once youre finished.

That's why I love the weekends so much, after a week of wagie wagie and working out, I light up a blunt in the evening in Friday and often sleep for 12-14 hours straight.

But now... I've decided to just grind through doing must do things I don't want to do, no matter how much uncomfortable it is. Just forcing myself to do thing without overthinking. No thinking. Can't just LDAR forever.

Asking people on this forum such question is equivalent to asking a homeless person whether they're hungry or not. Yes, i'm depressed regardless of how much i'm trying to distract myself, deep inside i'm aware that my life is painfully predictable and objectively speaking, i serve no purpose other than being a mere cog in the machine. It's not only the matter of inceldom, it's sort of like a video game NPC realizing that he's trapped in his little role without the possibility of breaking out. While video game characters are limited by the code, i'm limited by my subhuman genetics
