Anyone else ever get fined for public intoxication?

Its not illegal to be drunk in public where I live and its rare for them to give fines. First one i got I was living in a group home and a teen ran away from there multiple times so cops called a lot for me being missing think that's what pissed them off and made them fine me last idk what the fuck that was about pretty random tbh anyway being down $125 kind of sucks ngl finally paid it after letting it sit there for months

its fineable but they almost never do it I mean technically jaywalking is a fine too but I don't really hear of people getting fined for it as its a pretty harmless victimless crime and extremely petty

almost got a fine for smoking on school property when I was a teen that would of been over 300 that one they enforce which is bs luckily my cigarette was not properly lit when they caught me 2 seconds later would of been fucked. That one exists due to a bunch of spiteful boomers wanting to harass teenagers.

now that I live in germany I can drink wherever the fuck I want.. mutts seething hard with "muh freedom"

Canada is even worse. Legally bars cannot serve booze past 2am and most alcohol is sold in gov stores getting a liquor license is really tough only a few years ago my province finally let grocery stores and walmart sell it but you wont find it anywhere else and they are only allowed to sell it until 11. Canada half assed prohibition and oddly left a lot of those laws in place to this day.
