I still dress like Im 16

Fuck, my wardrobe is actually 90% of what I used to have when I was 16

And Im 21, I desperately need to change my style, celebrities change their every year or so but

A) I dont have money

B) I have no sense of style to begin with so I wouldnt even know what to buy

I know nothing about fashion and don't care anything about it. I wear what I like, not what I think other people will like. But if you want to change your style because you don't like the way you look, go for it. Dress how you enjoy looking.
