Yeah. Im having the same problem. I can tell the spots where it does grows are growing in faster between shaves but the blank spots arent showing much promise atm.

I’ve been almost facially hairless all my life. All I can grow is a ratstache and stubble where a goatee would be. Don’t mind though, I’m Asian so the clean look is better.

I'm med (mostly northern Italian), and can't keep a clean shaved face without Bump Patrol because the hair is so thick I have to shave three passes to look clean and then risk ingrowns.
