There is a documentary about opiods and the doctor said that oxycodon the same substance is as heroin just its produced in a lab is less addictive but otherwise the effects are the almost identical

Yes.

It's similar but not the same thing. The closest pharmaceutical grade drug there is to heroin is Hydromorphone (if taken intravenously).
