LDAR Anybody else's sleep schedule fucked

I usually end up going to bed at 5am and waking up at around 3pm. My only responsibility is my school work and it's all online and I can do it whenever so I have no reason to get up in the morning.

I usually sleep when the day or work begins regardless if I work or not and add 2h to that time every consecutive day.
