You may be confusing large amounts of fat and skin on the palms and fingers as big hands and being extremely interested in thick skinned females who tend to be younger. The hands and the palms have some of the thickest skin but in general big hands are for men to possess as the wrists and arms to support such hands would be very large as well, which would likely certainly appear off as the tendons travel down them and suddenly increase in size.
Long arms on the other hand could be a sign of youth.

As, the first growth spurt increases limb length faster than overall height in many tall children. But, this reverses as the woman hits menopause and arms are also very long compared to torso due to torso compression.

So, on one hand it is a sign of youth <=15, and on the other hand a sign of old age >=45. Though there are some fairly long armed women, the palm's start doesn't normally go really much beyond the crotch straight down. Versus some 10-13 year old girls having arms that maybe can go slightly beyond that, maybe another half palm. I don't think their arms really ever get to male teenager spooky territory. Also 20-23 year old women are in theory the most fertile so the super long arms don't make much sense to be attracted to.
