Every so often, I get really spooked out and start to freak out when I think of “eternity”.
I get some sort of panic attack and I immediately have to start coping, like pacing back and forth, or talking out loud.
If I think of death, whether I imagine an eternal afterlife in “heaven” or purgatory or, most likely, a void of “unconsciousness”: What creeps me out is that it lasts forever. Inescapable.
It really scares me that we are “trapped in this reality” we were “injected into this existence”. and when we die, time keeps going forward forever, even if we are unaware of it. Its hard to explain...
