Anybody else chronically on YouTube?

I have a YouTube video playing 25/8 no matter what i’m doing. When im playing vidya its on it the background. In the shower I have a waterproof phone holder mounted to the wall. Cant even eat my food without it.

Yeah, I can't handle the silence with my own thoughts so I constantly have podcasts/youtube videos playing for cope. I even wear it on the warehouse floor when we aren't supposed to, despite safety concerns

I'm on it a few hours virtually every day, but I don't have videos playing at all times. Would drive me crazy tbh.
