The bottom of our feet is thicker than other parts of our bodies. Is it possible to grow that skin more to get height? I'd be happy to get even half a centimeter with this technique
Grab a knife and do shallow cutting until it scars repeat 10000 times and you might have gained 0.3 cm in height

I heard about Wolff's law, like creating microfracture to get taller.
I know of an acquaintance who was like 18 and went from 5'6 to 5'9 one summer, primarily from joining the football team in the summer and doing their workout. I visited the school that time and talked to him; a lot of football exercises can involve Wolff's law.
