Oldcels need to boost up their immune system. My diet at work is very predictable: apples, bananas, pizza or cheese pie. I avoid cheap supplements but still use Omega 3 pills. Do you buy supplements that actually work?

Raw bonemarrow bro, way better than any pills, tastes good too and very filling from all the fat

zinc (picolinate high dosage) , magnesium , vitamin d, copper , calcium , vitamin k2 , selenium.
For hormones : tonkgat ali , boron.
Joints and skin : collagen type 1 and 2 , glycine , vitamin c , glucosamine , manganese.
Vitamin a for skin too and eat good fats plus high protein intake , this changed my life. Still an incel but better than before.
 
Use vinegar and salt on meats for the extra acid to help digest the stuff.

A supplement store multivitamin (the ones that give you 300-500% of everything DV) and horny goat weed for vitality.

CBD,Cordiclyps (non psychoactive mushrooms) are also a go to for better skin/mind

If you're not cooming frequently and eat a decent diet 22 mg zinc picolinate is plenty, or get "microzinc" which has a different uptake mechanism.
Collagen it doesn't matter what type it is because your body will convert it as needed. So the "type I and II" stuff is a marketing gimmick.
Vitamin C make sure you get sodium acorbate ("buffered"), it's more tolerable and it's not acidic.
I wouldn't take vitamin A, you can get beta carotene and your body will convert. Also don't listen to schizo ramblings about beta carotene.

i already have a b complex i forgot to write it and when it comes to collagen i didn't know about that one but when i stop taking the type 2 bovine i have more joint pain so idk.
